Results

The pilot ran from July 10th 2001 until July 10th 2002. From the MIP-forms can be learned how many fall incidents occurred, if the inhabitant used hip protection (Lyds Hipprotector) and what the consequences were of the fall. In total there were 485 fall incidents.

The next table gives an overview of al fall incidents with and without hip protection and their consequences.
